Experience - Learn - Adapt

Residential Course Live

Immersive Boarding & Full Clinical Fellowship Environment

Spend your residency boarding right by the clinical center. Includes accommodation options, group roundtables, and continuous interaction with peer fellows and visiting instructors. Learn how surgical units operate in high-volume environments.

Primary Clinical Outcome Adapt to sterile protocol speeds and multi-specialty clinical rhythms. 01
Precision Mechanical Drill

Surgical Skill Workshop

Step-by-Step Hands-On Motor-tool Execution

Acquire direct mechanical dexterity with oscillating bone saws, pin insertion guides, tension aligners, and cement mixing templates. Instructors inspect each of your dummy bone cuts using calibration markers.

Primary Clinical Outcome Perfect your bone resection angles and mechanical axis alignment accuracy. 02
Clinical Reasoning Audits

Case-Based Discussions

Reverse-Engineering Complex Real Patient Files

Avoid stale textbooks. Every day begins with a review of actual incoming patient files. Review patient anatomy, analyze surgical options, present your surgical plans, and compare your hypotheses with the chief’s final layout.

Primary Clinical Outcome Hone clinical decision-making and patient-specific implant sizing selection. 03
Dealing with the Unexpected

Problem Solving & Complications

Strategies for Hardware Failures and Tissue Complications

What happens when a soft tissue release goes too far? Or when bone density fails to hold the implant pins? This dedicated block reviews intra-operative challenges, biomechanical corrections, and emergency salvaging steps.

Primary Clinical Outcome Develop composure during surgical crises and standard biomechanical recovery moves. 04
Advanced Imaging Diagnosis

Radiology Integration

CT/X-Ray Mechanical Mapping & Vector Alignment

Decipher full rotational leg scans and dynamic stress radiographs. Master mechanical axis mapping, joint line positioning, and posterior slope sizing using advanced orthopedic imaging softwares.

Primary Clinical Outcome Synthesize radiological measurements directly into surgical target indicators. 05

    Training FAQ

    FAQ

Standard operational procedures and guidance for joining candidates.

Does "Personalized Learning" mean I get individual attention during live surgery?

Yes, exactly. We enforce a strict student-teacher ratio. Unlike crowded observer ships where 10-15 students stand behind a red tape, you stand directly adjacent to the chief surgeon, receive personal instructions, and are guided through active assisting protocols.

Are the orthopedic dummy bones realistic?

Absolutely. We use high-fidelity polyurethane dummy bone systems. These replicates are anatomically matched to absolute bone-density metrics, providing genuine tactile resistance when performing cuts with oscillating surgical saws.

Is my state medical registration number required for enrolling?

Yes. Since candidates are entering active operating suites and assisting consultants on dummy setups during residential hours, we restrict registration strictly to licensed doctors with valid State Medical Council (SMC) or MCI qualifications.

Can I change my course track from Basic to Combined later?

Yes. If you register for the Basic track (6 Days) and decide to extend into the hands-on simulated dummy workshop series, you can upgrade to the Combined track on or before Day 3, subject to dummy lab slot availability.
